OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States except Suarez Corporation Industries' employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, divisions, vendors and members of the immediate families of all of the above. Only those age 18 and older are eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges which are final and binding in all respects.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: For eligibility for the $1,000.00 Sweeps, all entries must be received by sponsor no later than the last day of each month.
3. ENTRY: In order to comply and ensure prompt sweepstakes entry without ordering, you must follow these instructions or be disqualified. To enter the sweepstakes without ordering, select payment method you would prefer and sign your Release and Transfer Form where indicated, detach bottom portion and return in the enclosed reply envelope. If ordering, enter by signing and returning your Release and Transfer Form in the enclosed envelope.
4. DRAWING: Winners of the $1,000.00 Monthly Prize will be chosen on or about the last day of each month in a random drawing, from among all entries received by the Sweepstakes Administration, a department of Suarez Corporation Industries, North Canton, OH.
5. PRIZES/ODDS: $1,000.00 Monthly Drawing. Grand Prize $1,000.00. Odds of winning are 12:500,000.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. This sweepstakes consists of a number of different creative presentations and/or prize structures offered by Suarez Corporation Industries and its divisions. Winners of prizes valued at $500.00 or greater will be required to submit a photo of themselves and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within thirty (30) days of notification prior to receiving their prize. This offer is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors, lost, late, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, defaced, mutilated, illegible or misdirected mail, mail with incorrect postage, or printing errors of any kind. All such entries shall be null and void.
